• Must have successfully completed an ACGME accredited residency program in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation.
• Must have 3 recommendations from the training program.
• Must have completed medical school in the U.S. or Canada or be ECFMG certified if an international medical graduate.
• Must be successfully able to obtain a District of Columbia unrestricted medical license prior to starting fellowship training.
• Must have successfully passed all three steps of the USMLE.
• Must be American Board of PM&R eligible/certified.
