Contract Digital Designer Location: Remote (U.S.-based required) Contract Duration: 3 months, 40 hours/week Overview: We're looking for a detail-oriented Digital Designer to join our collaborative creative team for a 3-month contract. This role focuses on web design and requires strong technical skills in Figma and Webflow. You'll work alongside brand, motion, and content creatives to craft digital experiences that reflect the evolving voice of the brand. Key Responsibilities: Design and build responsive web pages using Figma and Webflow Collaborate with content, brand, and product teams to evolve digital storytelling Bring clarity and simplicity to complex information Contribute to high-velocity projects with quick decision-making and creative flexibility Requirements: Proven experience designing for web, with a portfolio that includes interactive and marketing websites Advanced Figma skills; Webflow experience highly preferred Fluency in Adobe Creative Suite Familiarity with AI tools in creative workflows a plus B2B and/or B2C experience valuable Prior in-house or agency team experience required Work Style Fit: You thrive in fast-moving environments and can make decisions with limited direction You're comfortable in creative teams that value curiosity, feedback, and open collaboration You have a sense of humor and enjoy making the workday engaging The pay for this W-2 position ranges from $45 - $55 per hour. This position may be eligible for PTO, health and dental insurance, and/or 401(k) benefits upon meeting certain length of service and hours requirements.
