What You Can Expect

In this hybrid role based in Dallas. As a Senior Staff Verification Engineer you will contribute by developing the next generation automotive ethernet products.

  • Responsible for verifying Display port / eDP, protocol, and supporting circuitry.

  • Verification of Ethernet PHY, MAC, Interoperability, with MIPI protocol.

  • Developing test benches from scratch and optimizing existing testbenches.

  • Working with internally development and externally developed VIP's and test suites.

  • Develop tests for code coverage.

  • Support test develop for HTOL test procedures.

  • Production Test vectors from verification environment.

  • Support chip bring-up and validation teams.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or related fields and 5-10 years of related professional experience. Master's degree and/or PhD in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or related fields with 3-5 years of experience.

  • Must be proficient in the following skills:

    • Fundamental concepts in digital logic design.

    • Understand IP/SOC/ASIC verification flows and methodologies.

    • Strong verification knowledge and hands on experience with SystemVerilog and UVM.

    • DV test plan, coverage driven constraints randomization testing.

    • Understanding of Display Port / eDP protocol and PHYs desired.

    • Understanding of MIPI protocol and PHYs desired

    • Experience in Perl/Python/Tcl is a plus.

    • Excellent cross-discipline communication and interpersonal skills.

    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

    • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

    • Has an inherent sense of urgency and accountability.

    • Must have the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment.

Expected Base Pay Range (USD)

125,900 - 186,260, $ per annum

The successful candidate's starting base pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location and market conditions. The expected base pay range for this role may be modified based on market conditions.
