HR Representative

This position is responsible for recruitment, new hire orientation and onboarding, serves as a resource to supervisors and staff regarding HR topics, performance evaluations and assists with employee relations issues as needed.

This position also serves as an administrative coordinator by providing support to the Executive Director. Duties include but are not limited to calendar scheduling, creates presentations and reports as needed, coordinates staff events and meetings, and assists with administrative duties as part of the Administration team.

Lafene Health Center provides students with accessible, high quality, and affordable outpatient healthcare, focusing on keeping students healthy and promoting a healthy campus community. Care is provided by board certified physicians and nurse practitioners, as well as nursing professionals. Students receive the same high quality care one would expect from their healthcare providers at home. Students will have access to coordinated and comprehensive services targeted at building and maintaining overall well-being. We believe good health is essential for academic success.

This position is required to be completed on-site.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma
• Three years of relevant experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• SHRM-CP
• Bachelor's degree
• Efficient with Microsoft Office 365 programs
