About the Role:

Join our vibrant team as a Sourcing Manager, where you'll play a pivotal role in securing top-notch venues and negotiating fabulous contracts that bring events to life! With a focus on excellence, you'll partner with clients while generating cost savings that everyone loves. Dive into this adventure where your expertise meets creativity and teamwork!

You're Good At:

• Crafting and executing smart sourcing strategies with a flair for engaging with preferred vendors.
• Negotiating contracts to score the best deals while keeping it professional and top-notch.
• Communicating effectively to mitigate cancellations and ensure seamless event execution.
• Conducting site inspections and vendor presentations like a pro!
• Utilizing technology for streamlined sourcing, particularly with Cvent RFP and venue management.

You Might Also Have:

• Experience in industry contract negotiations, especially with business and legal terms.
• A knack for creating stunning high-level venue presentations.
• Pharmaceutical Meetings & Events experience.
• Strong organizational skills that keep projects on track without a hitch.
• A zest for working in a virtual environment with flexibility.
• A willingness to travel occasionally (about 15%) for site visits and events.

We carefully consider a wide range of compensation factors, including your professional background and experience. The salary range for candidates in applicable jurisdictions in the US for the position of Sourcing Manager is between $58,000 - $75,000. The actual pay depends on your skills, qualifications, experience, geographical location, and project budget.
