Job Title: Print Mail Operator Location: Onsite - Franklin, WI Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM Duration: Temporary (covering FMLA leave) About the Role We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Print Mail Operator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating digital print and mail equipment to produce and distribute high-quality, confidential documents. You'll play a key part in ensuring timely and accurate delivery of critical communications to our clients and internal stakeholders. Key Responsibilities * Operate digital print presses and inserting/mailing equipment. * Set up, run, and maintain print equipment, ensuring quality and efficiency. * Use middleware software to manage production output. * Perform quality assurance checks, sorting, and packaging of printed materials. * Assemble and verify mailings, including sensitive documents such as checks and policy information. * Conduct daily equipment maintenance and minor repairs. * Monitor inventory of consumables and document vendor service calls. * Collaborate with team leads and contribute to process improvements. Required Qualifications * 1+ year of experience in a print production environment. * Familiarity with digital print technology and print press operations. * High School Diploma Interested?
