We're looking for a seasoned Private Banking Portfolio Manager to join our high-performing team in downtown Houston. If you're passionate about building lasting client relationships and delivering tailored financial solutions, this is your opportunity to thrive in a prestigious and dynamic setting.

Essential Functions:
  • Responsible for managing and servicing a portfolio of loan relationships.
  • Responsible for spreading and analyzing financial statements, addressing industry risks, collateral requirements, loan structuring and pricing, credit analysis, monitoring credit performance and loan presentations.
  • Reports on loan activities related to past dues, documentation and collateral exceptions, financial performance updates, portfolio profitability, etc.
  • Maintains existing relationships.
  • Assists Relationship Managers with credit requests.
  • Responsible for expanding, building, and maintaining client relationships, providing the highest level of customer service.
  • Cross sell other bank products.
  • Performs other duties as required.


Qualifications:
  • Typically requires a Bachelors and 2 years of directly related experience.
  • Proven success in private banking, lending, or other directly related experience in financial services.
  • Strong knowledge of banking products, credit structuring, and relationship management.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and banking systems.
