As the Revenue Cycle Lead, you'll ensure all claims are captured and submitted to payers via electronic or manual processes in a timely and accurate manner. You will also make an impact by reviewing and following up on unpaid, underpaid or rejected insurance accounts with debit balances in a timely and accurate manner. Effectively use your customer service skills by ensuring all customer-driven inquiries received by the SBO are resolved in a timely and accurate manner.

Position: Revenue Cycle Lead
Shift: Day. Hybrid

Experience:
1. 3-4 years billing/cash/accounts receivable experience utilizing
2. Microsoft Office applications experience. Intermediate Excel proficiency required.
3. Knowledge of insurance contracts, billing regulations and medical terminology preferred.
4. Knowledge of HCPCS/CPT/ICD-10 and revenue codes preferred.
5. Good written/oral communications and problem solving skills required.
6. Strong analytical, mathematical and organizational skills required.

Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent required

Licensures/Certifications:
1. Certified Revenue Cycle Specialist (CRCS)/American Association of Healthcare Administrative Management (AAHAM), or Certified Revenue Cycle Representative (CRCR)/Healthcare Financial Management Association desirable
