Job Description

The Opportunity:

The Mechanical Engineering Department in the College of Engineering, Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University is seeking Adjunct Faculty for in-person instruction at the Daytona Beach Campus. Successful candidates will be hired on a part-time, per course basis. Courses are typically taught either MWF or T-TH; flexible hours and scheduling may be available.

Qualifications

Required Education and Qualifications:

MS degree in Mechanical Engineering or a closely related field; preference will be given to candidates who also hold a PhD in Mechanical Engineering or a closely related field.

Capable of teaching one or more of the following courses: Dynamics, Thermodynamics, Fluid Dynamics, Machine Design, Design for Manufacturability, or other mechanical engineering or engineering science courses. Course descriptions can be found here.
