Are you looking to get started in manufacturing with a hands-on role? Staffmark is hiring a Banbury Operator in Delphos, OH. Join a team that plays a key part in the production of rubber and plastic products for various industries.

Pay Rate: $18.00/hour

Schedule: Monday - Thursday (some Fridays as needed)

What You'll Do:



  • Operate and monitor a Banbury mixer, ensuring correct settings for temperature, speed, and mix time
  • Measure and add raw materials like rubber, additives, and fillers according to specific formulas
  • Perform quality checks to ensure a consistent, homogeneous mix
  • Record batch data including materials used and process adjustments
  • Perform basic maintenance (cleaning, lubricating, inspecting)
  • Troubleshoot issues and ensure safe operation of machinery
  • Follow all safety procedures and compliance standards



What You Bring:



  • Entry-level role - training provided
  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
  • Attention to detail and willingness to learn
  • Basic mechanical understanding is a plus
