Essential Job Duties	Duties include: Development of an adaptive multimedia e-learning curriculum on Food Safety Auditing and Inspections using Articulate Storyline. Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) and instructional designers (IDs) to design and develop interactive e-learning modules (approx. 20 minutes each) Independently design and develop learning experiences, including scripting, content structuring, and media integration and respond to change requests as needed Conduct troubleshooting and quality assurance testing to ensure performance and positive learner experience engagement Provide training and documentation for current and future project designers and developers Publication and testing of published SCORM packages on Moodle or other learning management systems (LMS) Support integration and launch of the final curriculum on Absorb LMS

Preferred Years Experience, Skills, Training, Education	Bachelor's degree in Instructional Technology or related field ChatGPT or other artificial intelligence tools Adobe Creative Suite: especially Photoshop and Illustrator Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro, or other video editing software HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery (for customization and troubleshooting) Learning Management Systems (LMS) Absorb and SCORM/xAPI compatibility Secure File Transfer Protocol (SFTP) program like FileZilla or WinSCP to transfer files to FBNS private server Bilingual English and Spanish proficiency
