Job Description

Responsible for planning and managing all activities within the assigned Information Services business unit/area. This includes multiple applications supporting development, maintenance and enhancement efforts utilizing various computing architectures, (e.g., client/server, intranet, web) or mainframe platforms.

* You will lead and manage a team of IT professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
* You will oversee the development, maintenance, and enhancement of critical business applications.
* You will provide hands-on technical guidance and problem-solving support to your team.
* You will prioritize and delegate tasks effectively to ensure timely delivery of projects and support activities.
* You will facilitate meetings with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and deliver solutions.
* You will build and maintain strong relationships with internal business partners to understand their needs and deliver value.
* You will ensure compliance with IT governance, security, and operational standards.

Education & Experience Requirements

This level of knowledge is normally acquired through completion of a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Management, or a related field and 7-10 years of directly related professional experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
