Employee Assistance Program Counselor
Overview Presbyterian is seeking a talented Employee Assistance Program Counselor. The EAP Counselor delivers clinical services, training programs, and program support to eligible clients and participants, both remotely and on-site. As part of the EAP Clinical team, this role provides individual and group support through assessments, brief counseling, coaching, consulting, crisis response, and training. The counselor collaborates with clinical and administrative staff to enhance service delivery, triages client needs, and connects them to appropriate resources or long-term care. Services are provided in person, by phone, or via video.
