Physician Assistant - Surgery/Robotics

Physician Affiliate Group of New York (PAGNY) is adding a Physician Assistant - Surgery / Roboticstothe group at NYC Health + Hospitals/Harlem. Harlem Hospital is the largest hospital in Central Harlem and the only Safety Net Hospital in Northern Manhattan. Harlem Hospital is recognized for providing centers of excellence in the areas of Bariatric Surgery, Breast Imaging and Sexual Assault Forensics. Opportunity Details:

• Train with new robotic surgeon
• Will assist with robotic cases (on the job)
• Robot experience or willingness to learn how to work on the console
• Performdiagnostic and therapeutic tasks to allow the physician to extend their service

• Current certification/admissibility issued by the NCCPA (National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistant
• NYS registration as a Physician Assistant
• BLS Certification and Infection Control Certification required

Wages and Benefits include:

Annual Base Salary: $131,127* - $174,836* based on 40-hour work week. Additional compensation available for extra call or sessional/per diem hours.

The annual total value of compensation package is estimated at $144,239** - $192,319**, which includes the baseline salary, 401(k) contribution, and other factors as set forth below:

• 401(k) Company Contribution (subject to IRS contribution limits):
  • Employees are immediately vested in a 3% company contribution of base earnings. No employee match is required.
  • After one year of service, employees receive an additional 7% company contribution of base earnings. No employee match is required.
