We are looking for aSenior Data Analystto join Mimecast's dynamic Data & Analytics team. This role focuses on driving actionable insights across ourGo-to-Market (GTM)functions, analyzing key company initiatives, and ensuring data accuracy and integrity. You will partner closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, collaborate with the data engineering team to design scalable data solutions, and lead efforts to deliver impactful analysis on critical company initiatives. We want someone who isproactive, curious, and excited about both business and data. The ideal candidate will thrive in an autonomous environment, take ownership of their work, and actively seek opportunities to improve processes and uncover insights that drive business growth.

What You'll Do:

  • Analyze complex datasets to uncover trends, identify opportunities, and supportGTM strategies(sales, marketing, and customer success).

  • Build and maintain data visualizations, dashboards, reports, and analytics tools to provide actionable insights for key stakeholders.

  • Track and analyze company-wide key metricsto monitor business performance and inform strategic decisions.

  • Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and lead efforts to deliver analysis oncritical company initiatives.

  • Collaborate with thedata engineering teamto design and implement scalable data pipelines and ensure high-quality analytics processes.

  • Maintaindata accuracy and integrity, ensuring all insights align with Mimecast's business objectives.

  • Actively seek opportunities to improve processes, uncover new insights, and drive innovation through data.

What You'll Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field.

  • 5+ years of experiencein data analysis, business intelligence, or analytics roles.

  • Proficiency in SQL.

  • Strong understanding of GTM processes and metrics, with a proven ability to support sales, marketing, or customer success teams.

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex analyses into clear, actionable insights.

  • Demonstrated ability to work autonomously, take initiative, and proactively solve problems.

  • SaaS or cybersecurity industry experience.

  • Experience with data modeling and transformation tools such asdbt.

  • Familiarity with visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and cloud data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, Redshift).

  • Knowledge of A/B testing and predictive analytics techniques.

  • Experience with Python or similar programming languages.
