City/State: Bronx, New York Grant Funded: Yes Department: CMO - SHR HHS Math Work Shift: Evening Work Days: EVENINGS VARY Scheduled Hours: Hours Vary Scheduled Daily Hours: 7.5 HOURS Pay Range: $36,000.00-$45,000.00 The Program Supervisor will coordinate all services received by participants in the SHR program to ensure the program meets all targets for participant enrollment and retention as required by Office of Family Assistance, who is funding this grant. This includes monitoring and refining intake procedures, assigning and monitoring client caseloads to staff and trainees, and monitoring participant progress from enrollment to workshop start to graduation to follow-up completion. This role will require continued collaboration with program director, associate director, and quality assurance specialist to analyze program data and determine necessary changes to program implementation, as well as supervision of case management staff to maintain retention. Bachelor's Degree reguired. Excellent organizational skills Familiar with community resources and systems approaches Ability to utilize PC based automated word processing systems, spreadsheets, internet-based applications. Must demonstrate ability to communicate orally and in writing. Knowledge of the mission, vision, values, and policies and procedures of MMC as well as policies and procedures specific to these programs Ability and willingness to engage in a significant amount of field work Flexibility and ability to find creative solutions to challenges Strong interpersonal skill in working with clients, colleagues, and when interfacing with other agencies Capability to exercise excellent judgment, professionalism, and independence Spanish speaking a plus Experience providing social work services in a medical setting preferred Montefiore Medical Center is an equal employment opportunity employer.
