Work Days: Scheduled Hours: Scheduled Daily Hours: Pay Range: Role Description: The CBO Lead is a strategic leadership role within the Cloud Center of Enablement and Operations, responsible for driving cloud transformation initiatives, ensuring financial transparency, and fostering collaboration across the organization. This role oversees governance, program performance, and stakeholder engagement to align cloud operations with organizational goals and deliver measurable value. Responsibilities:
- Define and drive the CBO agenda, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and cloud transformation strategies.
- Oversee cloud budgeting, estimates, optimization, and show-back mechanisms to ensure transparency and efficiency.
- Lead cloud governance efforts, ensuring adherence to policies, risk management, and alignment
- Manage cloud program performance through KPIs, dashboards, and reporting
- Liaise between business units, IT, and leadership to demonstrate cloud value and foster collaboration.
- Elevate cloud knowledge by overseeing training programs, best practices, and capability development.
- Manage relationships with service providers, ensuring alignment with organizational needs and budgets.
- Develop and maintain cloud transformation roadmaps
- Identify and mitigate risks, address program roadblocks, and lead change management efforts for cloud initiatives.

- Leadership and team management to guide the CBO and ensure cross-functional teamwork
- Expertise in financial modeling, pricing strategies, and showback mechanisms
- Proficiency in KPI development and performance monitoring through dashboards and analytics
- Resource management skills to oversee budget allocation, resource forecasting, and growth planning
- Project management expertise to facilitate planning, forecasting, and deliverable oversight
- Leadership in managing communications and resource management teams
- Governance expertise to represent the CBO agenda on the Cloud Governance Committee and ensure alignment with leadership priorities
- Knowledge of compliance frameworks to oversee adherence to policies for cloud initiatives
- Risk management skills to ensure the intake process aligns with governance principles
- Stakeholder management to ensure collaboration across teams for cloud migrations and funding approvals
- Change management capabilities to foster adoption of cloud best practices
