Summary of This Role
Maintains knowledge of an assigned set of stakeholders in terms of their business and their Objectives. Provides support on assigned projects and is responsible for reporting across the team.
What Part Will You Play?
Establishes a positive rapport with the stakeholders to develop and maintain technical relationships with peers within the stakeholder's organization, analyzes the stakeholders' business, objectives and expectations, and acts as go-to person on all aspects of AI services and product realization support. Evaluates the stakeholder's business requirements, estimates effort, and guides the stakeholder to utilize standard AI Center of Excellence Delivery Process. Evaluations are typically change requests of limited complexity that require knowledge of stakeholder's business (e.g. AI automation using no-code platforms). Eager to acquire foundational knowledge of card business operations, transaction processing, and payment schemes. Provides occasional support to senior analysts on specific aspects of major initiatives. Converts the stakeholder's business requirements into detailed technical specifications, presenting them internally and externally while securing requirement sign-off. Formulates technical scenarios for Custodians. Complexity of the requirement or stakeholder will typically be lower for this level, e.g. fewer/single country focused, fewer projects running concurrently, fewer cards supported. Acts as the primary point of contact, facilitating communication, managing inquiries, and ensuring alignment between stakeholders and internal teams. Documents and maintains the stakeholder's system environments by keeping records of stakeholder functionality, environment and stakeholder specific documentation while providing to more senior levels for review. Executes simple to medium complex project/development work plans and revises them as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.

Bachelor's Degree Relevant Experience or Degree in: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field Typically Minimum 3-7 Years Relevant Exp Experience in reporting, smartsheets, Jira and issue analysis.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree In Information Technology or related field Typically Minimum 3-7 Years Relevant Exp Including experience in financial services, business, requirements gathering, technical design, technical presentation. Ideal Candidate is some one who is preparing for PMP exams or aspires to be a Technical Product Owner.
