Summary: In this role, you will support the day-to-day networks activities for a portfolio of networks and member services that advance member education, knowledge exchange, and collaboration. You will maintain knowledge of network and Vizient offerings and keep members informed through network events and interactions, member e-mails, news bulletins, and web content. You will review website content to ensure the information is accurate and up to date. Responsibilities:
Document network discussions (e.g., meeting minutes, trends and emerging member issues, debriefing notes, opportunities for improvements), compiles meeting evaluation summaries and results, and captures meeting follow-up items. Research and helps identify member subject matter experts for educational offerings. Serve as the day-to-day member interface for network activities and oversee annual calendar. Track and document network participation, satisfaction, and engagement metrics; may administer surveys and draft findings and recommendations. Partner across teams to promote participant engagement and satisfaction through onboarding new participants, network orientation webinars, review of retention opportunities and, when necessary, off boarding. Create network communications as directed (e.g., meeting materials, web page, and / or social media content, welcome messages, onboarding / orientation). Maintain current C-suite, listserv, and other member network rosters in customer relationship management database (CRM). Respond to listserv queries, connecting with Vizient representatives to answer inquires as needed, and summarizes responses for C-suite networks. Manage networks vacancies by tracking turnover, communicating resolution of vacancies, and ensuring rosters are up to date. Comply with network reporting requirements (e.g., submitting agendas, meeting evaluation summaries, and attendance reports), and share network metrics for dashboard and goal reporting (e.g., quarterly attendance by member, meeting cost). Document and track network expenses relative to meeting budgets. Plan and executes in-person and virtual (e.g., webinars) networks events which includes content planning, logistical arrangements, promotions, and registration management by coordinating with Vizient support areas (e.g., meeting planning, continuing education). Work with others to assess results of meetings / webinar evaluations or summary notes for improvement opportunities.
Qualifications:
Relevant degree preferred. 2 or more years of experience in project management or event management required. Strong relationship and client management experience required. Demonstrated ability to manage deadlines, multiple projects, and timelines desired. High organization and attention to detail skills. Able to connect with people at all levels. Solid experience with online meeting platforms; (Zoom, MS Teams, etc.) Expert proficiency utilizing MS Office Suite. Willingness to travel.
#IDS Estimated Hiring Range: At Vizient, we consider skills, experience, and organizational needs in our compensation approach. Geographic factors may adjust the range estimate and hires typically fall below the top range. Compensation decisions are tailored to individual circumstances. The current salary range for this role is $68,500.00 to $116,300.00.
