Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly analytical and strategic Business Analyst to support the growth of our portfolio by connecting and interpreting all major performance metrics. This role will be responsible for deeply understanding the elements and drivers of our business - including acquisition quality, customer retention, and profitability - to develop insights that inform decision-making and fuel sustainable growth.

The ideal candidate will thrive in a data-driven environment, translating complex data into actionable strategies, and working closely with cross-functional teams to optimize business performance across key areas. The ability to leverage AI tools to connect data points, generate insights, and enhance productivity will be critical to success.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Analyze portfolio performance to identify trends, drivers, risks, and opportunities for growth.
  • Develop and maintain an integrated view of all major performance metrics across acquisition, retention, and portfolio.
  • Leverage AI-powered tools and analytics platforms to connect disparate data points, generate deeper insights, and automate routine analysis where possible.
  • Build dashboards, reports, and models that provide clear visibility into business performance and portfolio health.
  • Partner with leadership and cross-functional teams to drive initiatives that improve customer acquisition quality and reduce attrition.
  • Deliver strategic insights and actionable recommendations to optimize financial performance and maximize long-term value.
  • Continuously monitor, refine, and evolve metric frameworks, KPIs, and reporting structures to meet dynamic business needs.
  • Support forecasting, planning, scenario modeling, and strategic business reviews by utilizing advanced analytics techniques.

Minimum Qualification:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field; advanced degree a plus.
  • 5+ years of experience in business analysis, portfolio management, strategy, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI); familiarity with Python, R, or AI modeling tools is a plus.
  • Experience leveraging AI tools, machine learning platforms, or advanced analytics solutions (e.g., GPT-based tools, predictive analytics, AI-driven dashboards) to enhance decision-making and productivity.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proven ability to work with large, complex datasets.

Qualification:

Proven ability to generate ideas and propose data-driven solutions that drive business improvements.

  • Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and a commitment to accuracy.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data findings into clear business narratives and strategic recommendations.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with high levels of ambiguity; adaptable and flexible in approach.
  • Strong business acumen, proactive ownership mindset, and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.

Working Conditions:

  • Hybrid office environment.
  • Some overtime required as special projects arise.
