Overview

We're looking for a talented and experienced IT Project Manager, with a Cybersecurity focus, to join our team. In this role, you'll be instrumental in managing critical cybersecurity initiatives, driving efficiency and compliance. You'll also be responsible for managing our ISO 27001 initiatives within the organization, future potential initiatives (e.g. CMMC) as well as leading various Security projects/initiatives withing the organization.


Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the full lifecycle of IT cybersecurity projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closing.
  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders and senior management.
  • Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, tracking progress and managing risks effectively.
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
  • Ensure all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Conduct risk management to minimize project risks and proactively address potential issues.
  • Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.
  • Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
  • Communicate project status, challenges, and successes to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Leverage your expertise in ISO 27001 or CMMC to guide and support our certification efforts and ensure ongoing compliance.
  • Work closely with cybersecurity teams, IT operations, and other departments to implement and optimize security solutions.

Qualifications

Requirements:

  • Proven working experience (5+ years) as an IT Project Manager, specifically with a focus on cybersecurity projects.
  • Demonstrable working knowledge and experience with either ISO 27001 or CMMC certifications, including implementation, auditing, or compliance activities.
  • Solid technical understanding of various cybersecurity solutions (e.g., identity and access management, network security, data loss prevention, security information and event management, cloud security).
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking abilities.
  • Bachelor's degree/Certification in information technology, Cybersecurity, a related field or equivalent experience
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or PRINCE2 certification is a strong plus.

Compensation: In accordance with local law, the below salary range is applicable for the job and location associated with this requisition. Compensation will vary based upon experience, education, skill level, geographical location, and other compensable factors.

Other Compensation: Employee may be eligible for participation in the Company's annual Discretionary Bonus Program which is contingent on Company, Business Segment, and Individual performance against Key Performance Indicators which vary by year and employee.

Salary Range

USD $130,000.00 - USD $171,142.00 /Yr.
