Scheduling Coordinator - Procedures (Pediatric Blood and Marrow Transplant)

What you will do as a Scheduling Coordinator - Procedures:

• Schedules multiple same day appointments, follow-up appointments and special or complex medical procedures
• Provides support to staff and physicians, and other customers by managing phone calls and correspondence
• Prioritizes and maintains patient files and documents
• Requests additional patient records from other clinics, facilities to ensure continuity of care

What you will need:

• High School Diploma/GED
• 3 years of medical support experience or patient scheduling/registration experience
• Knowledge of medical terminology

Location: At this time, this position will be working remote. (MN residents only)

Hours: 1.0 FTE (Monday - Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm)
