Requirements | Previous warehouse experience + Machine operating experience + Able to lift 45 pounds

Brine Tank Operator Duties



  • Prepare and mix brine solutions according to product recipes and production schedules.
  • Monitor brine tank levels, temperatures, salinity, and other quality parameters throughout the shift.
  • Load and unload products into and out of brine tanks using appropriate tools or equipment.
  • Take regular samples to test brine strength and make adjustments as needed.
  • Keep accurate records of batch data, measurements, and any adjustments made.
  • Maintain clean and sanitary brine tanks and surrounding work areas to comply with food safety regulations.
  • Perform routine inspections of tanks, pumps, valves, and related equipment to ensure proper functioning.
  • Report any equipment malfunctions or quality issues to the supervisor promptly.
  • Follow all company safety policies and procedures, including proper handling of chemicals.
