GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB

The Patient Education Programs Educator will be instrumental in helping to drive volume of CKD participants educated to the Kidney Smart programby conducting direct education virtually, support with core operations for the program and provide increased capacity for our field teammates across the country to increase the number of participants receiving lifechanging CKD education through Kidney Smart.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide telephonic call support to CKD participants in focused areas across the country including education, scheduling, rescheduling, and targeted Spanish support.
• 2. Review, educate and answer questions on all modality options for dialysis including transplant, hemodialysis, PD and HHD
• 3. Provide local coverage support with opportunities and data entry as needed.
• 4. Complete data entry& tasking into data management system.
• 5. Other duties as assigned.

SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION, TRAINING, OR QUALIFICATIONS

• Bilingual, Spanish/English speaking
• Bachelor's Degree
• Skilled in working with a wide variety of participants who may be challenged in hearing, sight and mobility
• Intermediate computer skills and proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Experience working and tracking tasks in Salesforce
• Proven track record of running tactical execution and balancing many tasks under pressure

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, AND REGISTRATIONS

Clinical license/relevant clinical certification

TRAVEL AND TIME REQUIREMENTS

Travel:5-10%, for team meetings or gatherings.

Nights/Weekends: May be required on occasion.
