Engineering Technician needed for a Contract opportunity with SOC's client to work onsite in Lynnwood, WA. Contract Length: 6 months, possibility of extension and/or conversion to FTE Candidates must have an active Secret clearance to be considered for this role. Job Description:* Responsible for providing support to engineers on technical projects and/or products. Collects, maintains, organizes, compiles, and manipulates technical data. Create, build, assemble, modify and/or repair prototypes. Prepares engineering documentation, reports, drawings (sketches/flow charts/diagrams/schematics, etc.). Performs mathematical calculations per engineering specifications. Undertakes analyses of data where guidelines are provided. Recommends alternative solutions to problems and obstacles. Set-up and conduct tests and record data to assist with engineering analysis. Must Have Skill: A high school diploma or equivalent and 3+ years of prior relevant experience Must be IPC 610 Certified Must have experience in production/inspection tool and equipment Nice to Have: Familiar with Schematics & Drawings Employment Prerequisites The following requirements must be met to be eligible for this position: successful completion of a background investigation and drug urinalysis.
