For a limitedtimeMaineHealth is offeringsign onbonuses for CertifiedNursing Assistants (CNA):

0-1years of experience eligible for $2,500 (full time)

1+ years of experience eligible for $4,000 (full time)

Eligible candidates are hired (offer accepted) into a Full orPart timeCNA position. Bonus amount prorated forPart timehires,per diem hires are ineligible.

CurrentMaineHealthmember employees are ineligible; former MaineHealthMembersare ineligible until greater than 6 months separation from employment.

Summary: This position consists of 24 hours per week, night shifts.
Under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, the Certified Nursing Assistant - Unit Coordinator role coordinates and organizes the clinical duties of the unit or department and performs Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) duties as appropriate.

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)

  1. Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.
  2. License/Certifications: Current applicable state(s) license as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in Maine or Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) in New Hampshire. Current BLS certification required or must obtain within 30 days of start date.
  3. Experience: Relevant experience preferred.
