Join a company where the work you do makes a difference! Are you assertive, confident and patient in your approach? This individual contributor role will support site leaders at our UAB Main (Hospital), UAB and Atlanta Reprocessing Centers. This role will drive the strategic vision of the business as it aligns with HR initiatives and programs focusing on Talent Development, Employee Relations, Employee Engagement and day-to-day HR functions. This role provides HR leadership, consultation, and advocacy supporting approximately 175 employees.

#LI-SA2 #LI-Hybrid Pay range for this opportunity is$90,737.50-$117,425.00.This position is eligible forbonus participation. Minimum pay rates offered will comply with county/city minimums, if higher than range listed.
