Key Performance Responsibilities:

Champion Inclusion & Belonging: Drive our Inclusion and Belonging Advisory Group and Connection Circles, ensuring they align with our Mission, Vision, and Values.

Conflict Resolution Expert: Oversee employee concerns, disputes, and investigations while ensuring compliance with legal and company policies.

Project Management Pro: Lead successful campaigns in response to NLRB petitions, showcasing your project management skills.

Organizational Health Advocate: Conduct our Organizational Health Assessment biannually and implement action plans to enhance our people practices.

Data-Driven Decision Maker: Collaborate with leadership to analyze employee feedback and engagement metrics, creating actionable plans for improvement.

Training & Development Leader: Deliver impactful training programs on conflict resolution, communication, and employee engagement.

Trusted Advisor: Serve as a go-to resource for management on employee relations issues and best practices.

Compliance Champion: Monitor and ensure adherence to labor laws, fostering a culture of trust and open communication.

Additional Duties: Embrace new challenges as they arise!

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in employee relations or human resources, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and NLRB regulations.
  • Excellent conflict resolution and negotiation skills.
