Senior Compensation Consultant

Children's National is currently seeking a Compensation Consultant to join our compensation team. The Senior Compensation Consultant will provide day-to-day compensation consultation service to HR Consultants and Management on compensation issues/requests. Will lead/participate in the implementation of designated compensation programs/projects. Will conduct continuous internal process reviews and audits and will be responsible for the design and management of compensation programs.
