Are you detail-oriented, analytical, and passionate about making a real impact in the mortgage industry? We're looking for a driven Income & Asset Validation Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll be at the heart of mortgage operations-ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in every borrower's journey.
What You'll Do: As a key player in the Income and Asset Analysis and Validation team, you'll: * Analyze with Precision: Review borrower income and asset documentation-like pay stubs, tax returns, and bank statements-with a sharp eye for accuracy and compliance. * Maximize Opportunities: Help identify ways to optimize income calculations within guidelines and support decision-making with well-reasoned recommendations. * Support Escalations: Collaborate with team leads and cross-functional partners to resolve complex cases and ensure timely outcomes. * Drive Performance: Meet service level agreements (SLAs) by delivering timely, high-quality reviews and decisions. * Champion Collaboration: Work closely with peers and leadership to foster a positive, solutions-focused team culture. * Innovate & Improve: Share ideas for process enhancements and help streamline operations for greater efficiency. What You Bring: * Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field-or equivalent experience. * 1-3 years of experience in mortgage operations or financial services. * Strong analytical mindset and familiarity with reporting tools. * Excellent communication skills and a collaborative spirit. * Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment. *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
