*Role: *Epic Lumens Analyst
*Length:* 12 months+ contract, 40 hours/week *Location*: Remote with 25% travel to Philadelphia, expenses covered *Project Overview:* Our hospital client is launching a brand-new enterprise-wide implementation of Epic Lumens and is seeking an experienced and certified Epic Lumens Analyst to help lead this critical initiative. As the organization currently lacks in-house Lumens expertise, this role will be instrumental in shaping the success of the implementation from the ground up. *Responsibilities:* * Serve as the lead analyst for the Epic Lumens implementation, guiding design, build, and deployment activities. * Collaborate with clinical and operational stakeholders to align system functionality with GI workflow requirements. * Support integration efforts with related Epic modules such as Cupid and Radiant. * Participate in project planning, testing, training, and go-live support. * Provide expert-level guidance on best practices, configuration, and optimization strategies. * Travel to Center City Philadelphia for key project milestones (e.g., kickoff, go-live); travel expenses covered by the client. *Required Qualifications:* * Epic Lumens Certification (current) * Proven experience leading or supporting Epic Lumens implementations * Strong understanding of GI workflows and clinical operations * Experience with Epic build, configuration, and implementation * Excellent communication skills and ability to work with diverse stakeholders *Preferred Qualifications:* * Prior experience with Epic Cupid or Epic Radiant (certifications a plus) * Ability to navigate complex healthcare environments and drive consensus *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $80.00 - $88.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
