Facilities Operations Manager

Transform our facilities landscape as the operational mastermind driving remarkable cost efficiencies! You'll orchestrate a dynamic team of FM professionals while crafting compelling data stories through Corrigo and BI analytics that captivate our clients. Beyond standard management, you'll be the strategic conductor prioritizing critical initiatives, the relationship architect maintaining stakeholder excellence, and the innovation catalyst redefining service provider standards.

This role blends analytical firepower with presentation prowess to elevate everyday facilities management into extraordinary operational achievement.

Check out some of your day:

  • Establish and maintain standardized facilities management processes, procedures, and documentation to ensure consistent delivery of services across all locations
  • Develop and implement comprehensive facility management strategies aligned with organizational goals
  • Establish governance frameworks for both ongoing facility operations and programs
  • Support the development and administration of the annual operating and capital budgets for facilities
  • Develop and manage a facilities project portfolio and prioritization framework to align facilities initiatives with organizational goals
  • Create and maintain facilities performance dashboards tracking key metrics, SLAs, and KPIs to drive continuous improvement
  • Lead the development of facilities' strategic plans, roadmaps, and implementation timelines
  • Develop/Manage changes in applicable building codes and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and reporting
  • Facilitate communication between facilities teams and stakeholders to ensure transparency and effective information flow
  • Manage resource allocation across facility projects to optimize utilization and prevent bottlenecks
  • Implement risk management frameworks to identify, assess, and mitigate facilities-related risks
  • Coordinate knowledge management and skills development programs for facilities team members
  • Conduct regular facilities maturity assessments and implement improvement initiatives
  • Oversee the selection and implementation of facilities management technologies and systems
  • Manage a multi-disciplined team to support the breadth of operational requirements, develop and coach while fostering a culture of continuous improvement

Who we are looking for:

  • Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
  • 10+ years of experience in facilities management with 3+ years in a leadership role
  • Strong understanding of facilities operations, continuous improvement methodologies, and governance frameworks
  • Experience implementing and managing process improvement initiatives
  • Proven track record of stakeholder management across organizational levels
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
  • Strong financial acumen and budgeting skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Advanced proficiency with CAFM/CMMS systems, project management tools, and data visualization platforms
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Facilities Management, MBA, or related field
  • Professional certification in project management (PMP, PRINCE2) and facilities management (FMP, CFM)
  • Experience establishing or transforming a facilities management function in a multi-site organization
  • Knowledge of change management principles and methodologies
  • Experience with portfolio management and resource optimization techniques
  • Understanding of workplace strategy and experience managing facilities transformation initiatives

Pay $110,000-170,000 depending on experience and location, with a 20% targeted bonus of the annual salary.

Schedule: Monday-Friday day shift with minimal on-call required for emergency responses.

Estimated total compensation for this position:

110,000.00 - 170,000.00 USD per year

The total compensation range is an estimate and not guaranteed. An employment offer is based on an applicant's education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data .
