Job Purpose: As a Program Analyst specializing in Information Systems, you will play a key role in the analysis, optimization, and oversight of our organization's information systems. This position involves evaluating data, identifying opportunities for improvement, and supporting the development and implementation of system programs to enhance overall efficiency, security, and performance. Responsibilities: Analyze information system data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement. Develop reports and presentations summarizing system performance, cost analysis, and recommendations for enhancing system efficiency. Collaborate with IT teams and stakeholders to develop strategies and plans for optimizing information system operations. Assist in the implementation and monitoring of information system programs, such as system upgrades, cybersecurity initiatives, and process improvements. Research and analyze industry best practices and technology solutions to enhance information system efficiency, security, and compliance. Communicate findings, proposals, and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner. Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). Proven experience in program analysis, preferably in information systems or IT-related roles. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on information system data and metrics. Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools. Knowledge of information system principles, including cybersecurity, database management, and compliance. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
