For a limited time MaineHealth is offering a $3,000 sign-on bonus for Patient Service Representatives (PSRs):

  • Eligible candidates are hired (offer accepted) into a full or part-time PSR position. (Bonus amount is prorated for part0time hires, per diem hires are ineligible)
  • Current MaineHealth care team members are ineligible; former MaineHealth care team members are ineligible until greater than 6 months separation from employment.

This is a 40 hour per week position

The Patient Service Representative (PSR) - LH role greets patients in a friendly and courteous manner, answers telephones, schedules appointments, and performs other overall general office duties as assigned. The PSR will also collect, verify, enter, and monitor patient data while complying with the federal, state and MaineHealth confidentiality policies.

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)

  1. Education: High School Diploma or GED preferred.
  2. License/Certifications: N/A
  3. Experience: Six months medical office related experience and/or training preferred.
  4. Additional Skills/Requirements Required: N/A
  5. Additional Skills/Requirements Preferred: N/A
