The Senior Analyst, Corporate FP&A will play a key role in the financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and analysis processes. This highly visible role will interact with key members of management and support critical projects. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Supports management decision making and achievement of organizational goals via preparation of financial and operational analysis. Areas of analysis can include revenues, expenses, manufacturing performance, profitability, cash flow, among others.
  • Prepares analysis and materials for key management processes including weekly operation reviews, monthly executive financial review, financial forecasts, and the annual budget.
  • Executes or supports special projects from the office of the CFO including acquisition modeling, integration plans, software implementations, internal audits, profitability improvements and process improvements.
  • Analyzes financial and operational data to explain historical performance, identify trends, make projections, and identify actions to maximize performance.
  • Analyzes costs and expenses and identifies areas for cost reduction and efficiency improvements.
  • Provides actionable insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
  • Conducts scenario analysis and sensitivity testing to assess potential impacts on the business.
  • Prepares standardized analysis and explains results to management.
  • Assists in preparation of special studies, analyses, and recommendations in areas such as budgets, forecasts, financial plans, statistical reports, and business forecasts.
  • Advises management on matters, such as effective use of resources and assumptions underlying budgets and forecasts.
  • Executes special projects as requested.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor's or degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field, MBA preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial analysis or a minimum of 5 years' experience split between public accounting and corporate finance.
  • Public accounting experience and a CPA/CMA certification preferred.
  • Ability to organize data and recommendations in a clear manner that non finance teammates can understand.
  • Attention to detail and drive to achieve deadlines
  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills. Experience with OneStream, PowerBi and/or Dynamics AX is a plus.
  • Must have demonstrated organizational and planning skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
