Job Overview:

The BCBA will develop and administer Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) programs for children with autism and related developmental disabilities. This role is part of a multi-disciplinary team and includes responsibilities in clinical programming, supervision, training, outreach, and program development.

Location: Harbortown Medical Center

Department: GROW Center for Autism and Intellectual & Developmental Disabilities (IDD)
Shift Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM



Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop individualized ABA intervention plans



  • Supervise ABA therapists and therapy sessions



  • Conduct parent, teacher, and staff training



  • Collaborate in multi-disciplinary teams



  • Support program growth through business, marketing, and community engagement



  • Maintain availability to staff and the CADD Director outside of standard hours as needed




EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:




  • Required:




    • Master's degree in a developmental field (e.g., Education, Psychology, Speech-Language Pathology)



    • Current BCBA certification by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board



    • Minimum 1 year of experience in direct ABA therapy and staff supervision





  • Preferred:




    • 5+ years of experience in ABA and autism services



    • Strong consultation experience with families, schools, and clinical teams



    • Self-motivated, organized, and adaptable to both team and independent work



    • Comfortable with non-traditional hours and accessible by phone/email as needed
