General Summary: This role supports coordination and care across three key programs: CADD Diagnostic Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Medical Home programs You'll serve as a central resource to ensure: Smooth operations for diagnostic and ABA teams Consistent, supportive care for patients and families Administrative support for clinical and scheduling tasks You'll work under the supervision of both the Manager and Medical Director Location: Harbortown Medical Center 3370 E Jefferson Ave, Detroit, MI Key Responsibilities: Coordinate care between clinical teams and patients Maintain schedules for physicians and programs Act as a liaison between families and medical staff Support daily operations of clinical services Handle administrative tasks like scheduling and follow-up Education & Experience Required: Bachelor's degree in: Social Work Psychology Education Or a related field 1-2 years of experience in: Business office or clinical setting Appointment scheduling & calendar management (preferred) Working with physicians' schedules (preferred) Familiarity with PC/mainframe computer applications (preferred) Additional Information Organization: Henry Ford Medical Group Shift: Day Job Union Code: Not Applicable
