Diagnostic PC Testing Technician

• Perform high-volume diagnostic testing on Chromebooks, laptops, and tablets to identify hardware/software issues.
• Accurately document failures and input results into the tracking system.
• Follow standardized diagnostic procedures to ensure consistent assessments.
• Meet or exceed a daily goal of diagnosing 50+ units with accuracy.
• Communicate findings to repair and parts teams for seamless workflow.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work area.
• Support data reporting and assist with identifying common failure trends.

• Prior experience diagnosing Chromebooks, laptops, and/or tablets.
• Working knowledge of diagnostic tools and software.
• Strong technical problem-solving abilities.
• High attention to detail with consistent documentation skills.
• Ability to work efficiently under time constraints.
• Solid communication and teamwork capabilities.
• Proficiency with basic computer functions and data entry.
• Ability to follow standard operating procedures.
