WORK SHIFT: First Shift (United States of America)
JOB DESCRIPTION: Responsible for barrel labeling and disposal to the barrel yard and maintaining a clean and organized work environment by performing the following duties. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Maintains the cleanliness of all areas of both mold shops, including the restrooms. Sweeps and mops the floors, empties the trash, and contributes to debris control in the shop. Restocking of the restroom supplies for all shifts from the main tool crib. Cleans around machines and aisleways and sweeps the area floors and aisleways to keep the electrical panel, emergency exits, and yellow lines clear at all times. Sweeps outside the texture room and keeps all the BBs off the cement and asphalt floors. Ensure that all the scrap metal is picked up in the shop and helps to load the recycling bins when the vendor is picking up. Hazardous material labeling and disposal to the barrel yard. Maintains the Chemicals supply carousel rack. Replenishing various clean rag bins throughout the mold shop. Compacting of used oily rags in a 55-gallon drum using a drum compactor. Promote a clean work environment by picking up miscellaneous debris. May use a forklift to transport trash bins for emptying. Maintains reliable and consistent attendance, including being punctual, dependable, and flexible to potential schedule changes to meet the needs of the department and the organization. Executes each essential duty satisfactorily to perform the job successfully. Follows all safety procedures required in the work area, wears PPE as needed, attends all safety meetings, and reports safety issues regarding equipment or unsafe/hazardous conditions. Performs effectively as a team member, able to work well with others, open to receive and give feedback, and treats everyone with respect. Takes ownership of own work and behavior, accepts accountability for own actions, encourages solutions, and communicates status of work/projects. Follow all department quality standards/criteria. Raises concerns and issues with management. Understands department's key performance indicators (KPIs) and contributes to achieve these goals both individually and as a team. Other duties as needed or required.
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Help re-paint or paint areas in the shop. Load and operate parts to a pre-programmed CNC Machine. Organize raw bulk steel or aluminum material for proper storage, delivered from outside vendors. Execute corrections identified from a Safety Audit. Ensure that the raw bulk material and molds stored outside of the Mold Shop area are covered properly. Assist CNC Programmers and Operators loading raw bulk material into the CNC Machines. Must be able to work overtime as needed, remain flexible and open to possible schedule changes in order to meet business needs.

High School Diploma or Equivalent and 1-3 years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of training, education, and experience. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form. Licensed to operate Reach Truck and Scissor Lift Must be able to use hand power tools.
