Job Title: Member Service Representative - Contact Center
Job Description We are seeking a dedicated Member Service Representative to join our dynamic contact center team. In this role, you will respond to inquiries and requests from members and other individuals in a fast-paced, 24/7 structured environment. You will provide information on our products and services, demonstrating knowledge, active listening, and engagement to ensure optimal member experience and customer service. You will also handle transactions for savings, checking, consumer loans, credit cards, IRAs, and other accounts while advising members on additional products that meet their needs. Responsibilities * Respond to member inquiries and requests in a high-volume contact center. * Provide information and support for our products and services. * Perform transactions related to savings, checking, loans, credit cards, and IRAs. * Advise members on additional products and services that suit their needs. * Maintain knowledge of company policies and procedures. * Engage with members to ensure a positive service experience. Essential Skills * Proficiency in customer service and data entry. * Experience handling inbound and outbound calls. * Ability to operate in a structured, high-volume environment. Additional Skills & Qualifications * Experience in call center, administrative, or retail environments. * Familiarity with policy compliance and working in a professional setting. Work Environment These are remote opportunities available to candidates living within 60 miles of Virginia Beach, VA. The Contact Center operates 24/7/365, providing flexibility to accommodate your work-life balance. Shifts are flexible, allowing variations within a one-hour window, and ensuring scheduled breaks and meals. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Virginia Beach, Virginia. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $19.50 - $19.50/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
