The Department of Urology at Columbia University Irving Medical Center and NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital is seeking highly motivated academic urologists to join our growing faculty practice. This general posting is open to candidates across a range of urologic subspecialties, based on the evolving clinical needs of the department, as confirmed by the Department Chair. Current areas of interest include General Urology, URPS, and Men's Health, among others.

Faculty responsibilities will include both inpatient and outpatient clinical care, as well as participation in clinical research, teaching, and mentorship of medical students, residents, and fellows. Engagement in departmental, academic, and scholarly activities is expected. A record of research, publications, and academic achievement is desirable.

All positions will include an academic appointment at the Assistant Professor, Associate Professor, or Professor level at Columbia University Vagelos College of Physicians and Surgeons.

  • M.D. or equivalent medical degree



  • Active NYS medical license and DEA certification (or eligibility)



  • Board certification or eligibility in Urology or applicable subspecialty
