Manage pods of IT professionals including specialists and analysts, ensuring effective collaboration and efficient project delivery. Specifically in the Commercial and Community Bank, Treasury Management and Retail. 3. Reinforce the team's use of approved systems of documentation, including Azure DevOps and OFBNow. 4. Oversee the integration and management of SalesForce, including Financial Services Cloud, to enhance customer relationship management and streamline financial services operations. 5. Serve as project manager for complex projects with cross-bank impact. Provide ongoing direction to keep all projects moving to completion, including coordinating work with vendors and holding them accountable. 6. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into functional specifications for applications development. 7. For the Business team, lead the training effort for ongoing enhancements and onboarded employees for assigned business lines. 8. Facilitate the integration of applications with existing systems, ensuring seamless data flow and compatibility with other software platforms. 9. Considered a subject matter expert on assigned business lines processes and procedures. 10. Identify and resolve issues concerning data accuracy. Provide ongoing reports on the effects of different strategies and observe any trends or issues to raise with senior management. 11. Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends, evaluating their potential impact on the organization, and making recommendations for innovation and improvement. 12. Provide guidance, leadership, and expertise to staff. Create development opportunities and ensure necessary training and tools are provided. Ensure that timely and meaningful performance management is administered to all team members. 13. Maintain compliance wth the Bank's data governance, information security and change control programs. 14. For Core team, oversee disaster recovery critical system testing for supported servers and applications. 15. For Core team, maintain EA's Business Continuity Plan, completing risk assessments, plan updates and walk-through testing as required. Requirements
