Job Summary Job Description Associate Director, CFG Market Risk, RBC Capital Markets, LLC, New York, NY: Provide risk oversight for Quantitative Strategies Group (QSG) within the Central Funding Group (CFG) and ETF Market Making US (ETF MM US) within Global Markets Management (GMM). Oversee market risk reporting for QSG and ETF MM US and ensure accuracy of key risk metrics and compliance to market risk limits. Analyze complex transactions and provide assessment of inherent and residual risks and impacts to the business. Manage an appropriate market risk limit framework for QSG and ETF MM USA commensurate with RBC's risk appetite and business strategy. Drive the enhancement of the risk reporting infrastructure for QSG and ETF MM US, coordinating with Risk IT the prioritization and implementation of new developments. Escalate emerging risks and risk concentrations providing insight and analysis to senior management. Examine trends in large sets of data using advanced statistical and econometric techniques to draw conclusions. #LI-DNI Telecommuting permitted 2 days per week. Full time employment, Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week, $160,597 per year. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Must have a Master's degree in Financial Engineering, Quantitative Finance, Mathematics, Economics or a related field and 3 years of related work experience. Must have 3 years of experience in: - Data Reporting Tools (Tableau, Oracle BI); - Python; - SQL; and, - Bloomberg Terminal. Must have 2 years of experience in ETF markets.
