Engineering Systems Inc. (ESi) is seeking a Senior Staff Consultant with expertise in civil and structural engineering. This role involves forensic investigations, expert analysis, and consulting on civil/structural related disputes and failures. The ideal candidate is a professional with hands-on design and construction experience who is ready to apply their knowledge in a forensic consulting environment. This consultant will conduct site inspections, analyze project documentation, assess design and construction practices against applicable codes and standards, and communicate findings through expert reports, presentations, and testimony. The consultant will be responsible for planning, managing, and coordinating activities for client projects to ensure that project goals/objectives are accomplished within the prescribed timeframe and budget. This role offers the opportunity to work on challenging cases involving claims, disputes, and failures - while collaborating with ESi's multidisciplinary team of engineers and scientists nationwide.
