Warehouse Technician Inbound/Outbound, White Bear Lake, MN

We have an opportunity for a Warehouse Technician Inbound/Outbound to join our White Bear Lake, MN team. You will prepare orders by processing requests and supply orders, receiving inbound shipments, pulling finished goods, packing boxes, placing orders in delivery area for pickup.

You will:

  • Be responsible for Bill of Materials, picking/packaging/processing outbound orders and receiving inbound orders, sorting and putting away
  • Operate power equipment such as: electric pallet jack, swing forklift, cherry picker, sit-down forklift
  • Promote Process Improvement projects and Lean Initiatives
  • Enforce safety policies, maintain a clean and organized warehouse, maintain accurate records, work in the SAP system
  • Attend assigned meetings and work cross-functionally with other departments
  • Communicate work progress between shifts and cross train warehouse employees
  • Maintain an accurate record of all work performed in the appropriate company format/form.

Key Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Must be able to read, write, and speak in English
  • 1 to 3 years of warehouse experience
  • Ability to work with minimum supervision in a team environment
  • Basic familiarity with computers
  • Experience with measuring tools and scales
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time
  • Ability to lift 40 lbs.
  • Sound analytical skills relative to problem solving, proven leadership skills and good interpersonal skills.

Shift/Hours:

  • 1st shift: 8:00am - 4:30pm Monday - Friday
  • Overtime required as needed

Compensation:

The hourly pay for this role is: $19.00 - $21.00. DOE. Opportunity for a rate increase after you are proficient in certain skills and have fulfilled training. Actual pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, and experience.
