Role Overview:The FACT Team Leader is responsible for directing a specialized team within the Group Disability Claims department, focusing on timely and effective collection of overpayments, collaboration and coordination with vendors, active follow up on offsets (e.g., Social Security Disability Insurance [SSDI], Workers' Compensation, pension, third party, etc.), earnings calculations, and claims-related financial coding. The FACT Team Leader ensures their team is achieving operational goals of precise and timely execution of financial components within the claims process while maintaining compliance with regulatory and internal standards. This role plays a vital part in supporting the organization's commitment to delivering excellent service and ensuring financial integrity in disability claims handling. Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. In addition to base salary, employees may also be eligible to participate in an incentive program.
