The Director of the Business Management Office (BMO) / PMO will lead strategic initiatives that drive operational efficiency, cross-functional alignment, and business transformation across the organization. This individual will be responsible for managing large-scale, high-impact programs, optimizing go-to-market (GTM) processes, and enabling scalability through process standardization and automation. Success in this role will be measured by the ability to improve execution velocity, drive measurable results, and support Qualys' path to $1B+ ASV. Key Responsibilities Strategic Program Management
- Lead and execute critical cross-functional programs including M&A integrations, transformational initiatives, and change management.
- Coordinate with stakeholders across sales, marketing, customer success, and operations to ensure alignment and accountability.
Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs)
- Design, organize, and facilitate QBRs to review performance, track progress, and reinforce strategic priorities across global GTM and regional teams.
Business Process Optimization
- Process Mapping & Audit: Analyze and document existing processes to identify inefficiencies, delays, and redundancies across the GTM ecosystem.
- Workflow Redesign: Reengineer workflows to eliminate bottlenecks, reduce manual tasks, and leverage automation tools (e.g., CRM, AI, workflow management).
- Standardization: Implement scalable, standardized templates and best practices across all regional teams.
- Performance Monitoring: Define and monitor operational KPIs (e.g., cycle time, error rates) and create feedback loops to enable continuous improvement.
- Change Management & Training: Drive adoption of new processes through structured communication, training programs, and stakeholder engagement.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Facilitate ongoing collaboration between sales, marketing, customer success, and regional operations to ensure alignment and resolve process friction.
- Act as the central liaison between strategy, execution, and systems teams to drive initiatives from planning to delivery.
Technology & Data Enablement
- Partner with Sales Tech Strategy and BI/Analytics to ensure tools and data support improved efficiency, visibility, and decision-making.
Continuous Improvement
- Champion a culture of transparency, learning, and data-driven optimization using methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or Shingo.

Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in business operations, program management, or strategic initiatives within B2B SaaS or technology environments.
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional programs and driving business transformation.
- Strong knowledge of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), workflow automation, and data analytics.
- Expertise in process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.).
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to execute and influence at all levels of the organization.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in GTM operations, revenue operations, or enterprise change management.
- Familiarity with M&A integration practices and tools.
- PMP, Lean Six Sigma, or similar certifications a plus.
