Overview $10,000.00 Sign-On Bonus for 0.8 FTE or Higher! Shift: Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Would accept any FTE!) Responsibilities * Set up and provide education/instruction on safe use of Respiratory equipment in accordance of written physician prescription and patient evaluation. * Responsible for set up documentation and patient follow up as necessary. * Assist in troubleshooting and preventive maintenance of respiratory equipment. * Responsible for selecting the most appropriate and cost-effective equipment and supplies from available product options approved by management. * Employee is responsible for completion of communication tasks and activities in a timely manner. This would include, but is not limited to: responding to email, voicemail or telephone messages, promptly, accurately, and professionally: attending staff meetings as scheduled or viewing videotapes of those meetings; asking questions of team members and supervisors when needing clarification about various day-to-day issues or patient needs; and reviewing employee communication pieces, to stay aware of UnityPoint at Home programs and initiatives.
