Sales Procurement Internship

Woolpert is hiring a Sales Procurement Intern to join our dynamic Buildings Proposal Team near our Dayton, OH, Raleigh, NC, Orlando, FL, Virginia Beach, VA, Cincinnati, OH, or Indianapolis, IN offices. This internship reports to the Senior Proposal Manager and is responsible for supporting proposal efforts including, but not limited to, formatting documents in Word and InDesign (Adobe), data management and version control, word processing and editing, coordination with other internal teams to create reusable content. Ideal candidates will be eager to learn, curious, flexible, solution focused, deadline driven. Please note this is a part-time internship for the Fall 2025 semester.

Essential Functions

As a Sales Procurement Intern at Woolpert, you will:

Manage data including image files, copy, content repositories, excel spreadsheets, etc.
• Locate, edit, and organize proposal content and information
• Assist in copy editing and some formatting in Microsoft and InDesign

Minimum Requirements

• Education/Experience: Currently enrolled or recently graduated from a degree program.
  • Desired majors: Sales, Communications, Marketing, Business
  • Architecture, Interior Design or Engineering majors with an interest in a client facing role are also desired
• Software: Microsoft, Adobe (InDesign), Teams, SharePoint, outlook.
• Attributes: Thoughtful, flexible, organized, proactive, solution-oriented, communicative, self-motivated.
• Travel: Hybrid position, both remote and in-office. Some travel to an office location is required.
• Overtime: N/A

Preferred Skills and Abilities

• Demonstrated skills in Microsoft and Adobe Suites. Word processing, writing, editing.
• Interest in architecture and engineering industries as well as marketing, communications and sales.
• Strong communication skills, collaborative, solutions focused, flexible, organized, attention to detail, multi-tasking and managing multiple deadlines.
