PLI is searching for a technology professional to fill the role of Staff Software Engineer(responsibilities and qualifications are described below). Summary Staff Engineers are the guardians of the codebase and stewards of our architecture. They turn vision into elegant, scalable systems, modeling engineering excellence for the entire organization. Sitting at the apex of our engineering career ladder, Staff Engineers wield deep technical mastery and broad architectural insight to de-risk the hardest initiatives, set enduring design standards, and unlock capabilities that ripple across multiple product lines. They move seamlessly between white-board strategy sessions and critical path coding, mentoring seniors toward their next level while partnering with Product, Security, and Operations to translate business goals into robust, future-proof solutions. Rare by design, each Staff Engineer is a force-multiplier whose influence raises the bar for the entire engineering culture and ensures the systems we build today remain reliable, maintainable, and performant. COMPENSATION RANGE FOR THIS POSITION $130,000 - $140,000 per annum (Exact compensation offer may vary based on the candidate's job-related skills and work experience.)
